The Iowa Funeral Directors Association provides the following audio-visual equipment (listed below) for all speakers. Please indicate the equipment you require/will be using. Speakers are responsible for the arrangement and cost of additional AV equipment not requested in advance of speaking engagement.

Booking Arrangements and Expenses
The Iowa Funeral Directors Association is honored to have you as a part of our speaker lineup for 2024. We are happy to make arrangements on your behalf or reimburse arrangements you have made for yourself (within reason and accordance with the Additional Speaker Terms & Conditions document) for travel, lodging and meal expenses.

Please note that for breakfast and lunch on the convention days we will need to include you in our counts if you plan to join us onsite for these meals. As meals are being provided, should you choose to eat offsite for these, those meals are not reimbursable.
Speaker Honorarium/Payment
While many of our speakers are industry volunteers or Allied members of IFDA who speak as a service to the organization and donate their time, we understand that some of our keynote and guest speakers need to charge a fee for this work and may incur travel expenses etc.
