Your IFDA Member account is either an individual account tied to your personal email address provided to IFDA OR a firm membership account that can be shared by all staff and is tied to your funeral home general email box provided to us.
For personal accounts, your username will always be your email address. You may click lost password to set your password for the first time or when forgotten.
For firm accounts, your username is the firm name as it appears in our Membership Directory. Please note that the “&” and any commas will need to be removed while typing the user name. For instance: Smith & Sons Funeral Home would read Smith Sons Funeral Home.
You may update your account password and screen name, if you would like a new user name you can call the IFDA office and we can create a new account in your preferred name.
