Once you submit this form, you will automatically be directed to the Stripe payment page to pay dues (unless paying with ACH or Check, or if you’re an Honorary Member). For any questions, please contact our office at 515-270-0130 or send inquiries to:admin@iafda.org. Once the form is complete and dues are paid in full, you (and for funeral establishments, all applicable employees) are considered members of the IFDA. Membership is non-transferable.
