As with any profession, funeral directors do their very best to serve you and your families. However, we do understand that on occasion there may be a breakdown in services resulting in disagreements or miscommunications that may lead a provider and family to have unresolved issues.
If a problem arises between you, the consumer, and the funeral home or cemetery while pre-arranging and/or pre-funding your funeral and it cannot be settled, you may contact one of the providers below. Please be advised that IFDA is a member driven organization that serves as a professional association for the funeral directors. We are dedicated to providing them with guidance and opportunity to be the best resources for you and your loved ones in your times of need. IFDA does not take complaints either written or verbal through phone calls and all inquiries of this nature are directed to the following organizations.
