2026 Regional Meeting Registration
After form completion you will be redirected to our payment portal. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card there is a 3% processing fee added($25.00+0.75=$25.75) for members and ($45.00+1.35=$46.35) for non-members. If you would like to avoid the 3% processing fee, you may pay with a check. Please send it to 6909 Vista Dr, West Des Moines, IA 52066 at your earliest convenience. If paying with a check or day-of, you may exit after clicking submit.
