Once you submit this form, there will be a link on our confirmation page to pay your 2026 dues (unless paying with a Check, or if you’re an Honorary Member). For any questions, please contact our office at 515-270-0130 or send inquiries to:admin@iafda.org. Once the form is complete and dues are paid in full, you (and for funeral establishments, all applicable employees) are considered members of the IFDA. Membership is non-transferable.
